Receipt and development of municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Tuchola, from the property where the inhabitants reside
The subject of the contract includes the collection and transport of the following types of municipal waste from property owners:
- segregated: paper, glass, metals, plastics and multi-material packaging, biodegradable municipal waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste,
- other waste not eligible for other fractions - residual constituting unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
- bulky waste,
- waste electrical and electronic equipment,
- ashes from home hearths,
- other non-specified selectively collected fractions – metals and plastics,
- Worn tyres,
- expired medicines,
- mechanical separated rejects from the processing of waste paper and cardboard.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
4.3. The subject of the contract includes the collection and transport of the following types of municipal waste from property owners:

- other non-specified selectively collected fractions – metals and plastics,
- Worn tyres,
- expired medicines,
- mechanical separated rejects from the processing of waste paper and cardboard.
4.4. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of bags for separate waste collection to property owners, in accordance with the declared form of waste collection, delivery of collective containers and bags for ash from households / applies to the heating period, preparation and delivery of municipal waste collection schedules to property owners. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. The amounts of waste given by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the SWZ are indicative and have been given in order to prepare an offer. The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor for the municipal waste actually collected and managed.
4.5. In order to plan the export of the order, the Contractor shall submit to the Ordering Party a schedule for the collection of waste.
4.6. Contractors are solely responsible for examining with due diligence the SWZ and any addition, clarification and change of the SWZ issued during the procurement procedure and obtaining information that may in any way affect the value of the offer or the performance of the service.
4.7. The Contractor is obliged to perform the service with due diligence, in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, provisions of the Agreement, taking into account the requirements of health and safety, organization and implementation of the contract without interruptions.
4.8. The Ordering Party shall accept a structured invoice from the Contractor – after prior notification to the Ordering Party about the possibility of issuing such an invoice by the Contractor.
