B. cultural spaces, offices, flexible workplaces, refugee accommodation and the reduction of vacancies.

These are comprehensive expansion services, which in the BIM portfolio relate primarily to office / administration rooms (with associated adjoining rooms such as meeting rooms, toilets and tea kitchens) and cultural rooms. The latter premises are produced in one standard despite a wide variety of creative uses (music, dance, painting, art, etc.). All additional elements required by the respective user are provided by the tenant, ie mostly standard solutions are used, which leads to the best possible probability of calling up individual service items.

This prevents damage to the building structure (e.g. due to water penetration), adverse health effects and the associated feeling of unease among the users.
