Development of a QMS and Related Implementing Procedures for the Maritime Administrations of IPA and ENP Countries

This procedure aims at signing a framework contract for the development of QMSs and related implementing procedures for the maritime administration of IPA and ENP beneficiary countries.

The contractor is requested to develop QMSs related to the activities of the relevant beneficiary country as Flag, Coastal and Port State taking into account the relevant provisions of Directive 2009/21/EC of 23 April 2009 on compliance with Flag State requirements and the IMO Resolution A. 1070 (28) (Code for Implementation of IMO Instruments).
