the consultation gives rise to a single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders WITHOUT minimum amount and WITH maximum amount, pursuant to Article R2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Order Code

The purpose of this contract is to provide DTI with the necessary technical expertise on voice communications systems to carry out all its tasks efficiently. To this end, in-depth expertise on voice communication systems and standards, particularly those specific to civil aviation, is essential. The Holder must therefore possess or acquire this expertise prior to the execution of this contract.
