Scope.

The tender competition concerns the procurement of 3 autoclaves (hospital damp) for Molde Hospital. All three autoclaves shall replace the existing autoclaves.

2 water treatment plants that should have the capacity to deliver RO-water for simultaneous and continual running of the 3 autoclaves + 5 instrument washing machines.

3 lifting and lowering carriages for loading/unloading of baskets and containers. The system should be able to handle 18 baskets (19.5 x 40 x 60). We current have 10 baskets, if these can be utilised we will need 8 new baskets.

The delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that they function as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.

Start-up validation of autoclaves should be included in the tender offer.

Necessary training is also an important part of the delivery.

The tender offer also includes the provision of service and maintenance agreements where it will be important to clarify the need for service and maintenance, and to clarify the annual operating costs expected after the warranty expires.

Site inspection.

So that the tenderer shall become familiar with the installation site, a joint tour will be arranged.

The tours will be carried out as a joint tour, and the tenderers must therefore register their interest by 22.4.2016 so that the Contracting Authority can give a combined message about the time, date and meeting place.

The likely week for the inspection will be week 17/18.
