1. The subject of the contract is the successive acceptance on the segregation line and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Bełżyce, the type, codes, maximum quantity and method of performance of the order during the term of the contract is specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
2. Whenever the Ordering Party uses waste codes, it should be understood as the codes contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 02.01.2020 on the waste catalogue.

Contracts will be able to be awarded as part of the extension of the basic contract in the assortment representing the scope of the basic contract.
Conditions under which contracts will be awarded similar:
