The state enterprise Geobasiensinformation und Vermessung Sachsen intends to update the highly accurate digital terrain model as part of the ATKIS® for various purposes in the fields of environment, economy and administration. The results of the laser scanner measurement are, among other things, the basis for the calculation of highly accurate digital orthophotos and the production of 3D building models and surface models.

The performance requirements of this invitation to tender shall include laser scanner measurement recording with a point density of at least 4 points/m2 and an accuracy of the laser measuring points of up to ± 15 cm in height and up to ± 30 cm capable of automatic and interactive classification of the results, the calculation of the Digital terrain model and the calculation of the digital surface model.

The service is divided into 2 lots (Lot 3 Chemnitz, Lot 4 Freiberg).
