The school center Mühlenredder in Reinbek, built in the 1970s, is to be renovated, rebuilt and extended. The 3- or 1-storey building complex built as a Kassel model will be dismantled from precast concrete columns, trusses and slabs except for the original reinforced concrete skeletal structure. The demolition work is carried out earlier in the forefront of the renovation. The subsequent conversion and extension work will be carried out in a coherent construction process without ongoing operation.
