Services relating to the City of Trades of Greater Geneva: animation of the associated center of Annemasse and coordination at the level of the French Genevois

Mixed market: part of the services are carried out in the form of an ordinary contract at a fixed price and part of the services are carried out in the form of a framework agreement with order forms without minimum or maximum in application of Articles L. 2125-1 paragraph 1, R. 2162-2 and R. 2162-4 of the public order code, by issuing order forms on the basis of the price schedule. Award of a single market. Public contract concluded for an initial period of one year, from 1.1.2021 until 31.12.2021, then renewable three times one year. Maximum overall duration = four years. Estimated annual amount of services = EUR 220,000.00 excluding tax.
