As the responsible network operator, Stadtwerke Karlsruhe Netzservice GmbH builds and operates the local energy supply network in Karlsruhe and guarantees non-discriminatory access to the network. Activities such as planning, construction, operation, grid information and many other activities are taken over for the gas, water, electricity and district heating divisions.

As part of an initial study from 2020, approximately 3,500 gas grid connections were tested. It was found that inconsistencies in the data sets of the gas network connections are mainly due to historical reasons.

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to identify and correct the inconsistencies described above, on the basis of a proven test concept.

In order to ensure the compliant processing of the components of the network documentation, knowledge of the regulations of the DVGW, in particular the GW120, the GW130 and the GW128, is required.

— Identification, documentation, and categorization of incorrect records, including:

—— undocumented power connections,

—— not fully documented power connections,

—— incorrectly documented house connections,

—— deviation from digital documentation on one-off sketches,

—— documentation of other inconsistencies,

—— risk estimation of error categories,

— correction of digital data sets in the GIS on the basis of a commonly defined spectrum in accordance with the audit concept to be submitted, in accordance with the audit concept to be submitted, in accordance with the risk assessment
