The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management according to the specification in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “The Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest conservation, harvesting and logging for logging for timber performance in the forestry area of the Boiling Forest District of Turek in 2022.The procedure is carried out under unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1) in the form of Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (text one: Journal of Laws from 2021 r. item 1129 as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts to the PZP.The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Due to the actual natural weather situation, which may occur during the completion of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, increasing adjustments, new findings location, as well as pausing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. and cutting heads and oil absorption kits in equipment operated in forests.The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the order by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out the execution of the contract involving the acquisition and ripping of wood raw material, if the execution of such activities involves carrying out the work in a manner defined in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended). The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract -scope of these services up to 50% of the value of the procurement. the possibility of exercising the powers arising from the contract after the date referred to in the previous sentence, as well as the possibility of extending the period of execution of the contract by means of amendment The dates for the execution of individual works shall be determined in the Orders drawn up by the Contracting Representative.
