The service implements various social affairs laws on behalf of the municipalities in Northwest Friesland. The service intends to act under the Act

Social support 2015, hereinafter referred to as Wmo 2015, within the given possibilities of the local regulations based on the Wmo 2015 by means of a

proceed to the tender for Wmo aids. This includes, among other things, ready-to-use, electrically powered or otherwise, wheelchairs,

mobility scooters, tricycles and hoists, hereinafter referred to as 'Wmo aids'. The purpose of the tender is to arrive at a framework agreement with 1 provider

(preferred partner) with which all Wmo aids in the context of the Wmo 2015 are delivered and maintained in the most efficient way based on rent.
