Kilden, Sørlandet’s Teater og Konserthus [Performing Arts Centre], is one of the country’s largest cultural institutions. Kilden’s organisational model represents a whole new cultural operational concept, only the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet resemble. Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera and Kilden Arts (the arts centre operation for Kristiansand kommune) is combined in a collective organisation. As a major producer and supplier of various art and cultural experiences in Agder, there is a need for different goods and services connected to our daily activities, i.a. Production technology scene equipment. In order to meet all the needs of such a field, relevant tenderers with sufficient capacity and competence are invited to deliver tender offers on the contract 23LYB1-K Lighting Consoles, Kilden.

The contracting authority plans to procure lighting consoles for our four halls; concert hall with 1 100 seats, theatre and opera hall 650 seats, multi-use hall 220 seats, intimate hall 100 seats. It is preferable to have multiple offers from the same tenderer for the different consoles/solutions. The four consoles can be different, adapted to the hall in which they will be operated, but must all be the same brand. In addition, we want a price for an external complete hardware backup system. The price for a backup system must be included in the tender sum. The price for no 2, 3 and 4 must be given in the tender offer. In addition, it is preferable to have a service contract with servicing once a year for 5 years.

We retain the right to not procure a backup system or all four lighting consoles.

Delivery in January 2021 is preferable. Delivery of some of the consoles during the current year may be relevant.

Requirements and preferences concerning console functionality and specifications are provided under requirements (absolute minimum requirement) and under the award criteria quality (preferable).

Offered lighting consoles that fulfil absolute requirements are requested for testing and demonstration in week 37 and 38 (to be sent/delivered to us by Monday the 7th of September and returned on Friday the 18th of September).
