Contract of the school catering service of the Municipality of Riccò del Golfo di Spezia, entrusted for four school years for kindergarten, primary, secondary and nursery schools (starting from 12 months) - with meal production at the Municipal Meal Production Center and administration at the school refectory, as per the discipline indicated in the C.S.A.

It is specified that the restaurant service under management provides at the Meal Production Center (CPP):

-the preparation, cooking and distribution of hot meals on site according to the cool-hot bond, that is, without the use of pre-cooked or chilled products, in multiple portions including customized/special diets in single portion;

- waste management

at the refectory:

- the setting up of the refectory tables and the subsequent clearing and cleaning;

- the distribution of meals to pupils and adults;

- the supply of distribution tools (trays, pliers, ladles, pallets, oil boxes and any other furnishings essential for the performance of the distribution service) and the supply of materials consumption, the necessary detergents (both detergents and sanitizers) for cleaning the tables used for the canteen;

- the provision of tablecloths, napkins, plates, glasses and cutlery, disposable and anything else necessary for the consumption of meals by the user.

They are also the subject of the contract, the cleaning and sanitization of the premises of the CPP, the storage rooms and the toilets of the contracting company's staff.
