Ensta Paris wishes to acquire software allowing the management of its research and partnership contracts

the scope of the project covers:- the management of end-to-end research contracts;- the contractual management of academic and industrial partnerships. Are excluded:- non-dematerializable processes (example: Paper processes such as some paper contracts whose partners or circumstances require a material copy).- Accounting management already covered by the school's tools: Winpaie, Winm9, Gfd... The scope of the management of partnership agreements and research contracts covers the four main phases below:- phase 1: Assembly;- phase 2: Budget programming;- phase 3: Contract execution;- phase 4: Closure.These 4 phases are completed by two transversal processes:- control and audit of processes and contracts;- administration of the solution
