The subject of the contract is the development of design and formal and legal documentation related to the implementation of the following task:

Task No. 1 Construction and reconstruction of a medium pressure gas pipeline in m. Grabownica and Niebocko, Brzozów district with a length of approx. 3.6 km.

Task No. 2 Reconstruction of the medium pressure gas network with existing connections in m. Wydrna and Dydnia, Brzozów district with a length of approx. 6.1 km.

Task No. 3 Reconstruction of the medium pressure gas pipeline in m. Niebocko and Jabłonka, Brzozów district with a length of approx. 1.2 km.

Task No. 4 Construction and reconstruction of the medium pressure gas network with existing connections in Czerteż, Jurowce, Zabłotka, Srogów Górny, Sanok district with a length

A detailed description of the object of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract shall be included in the template of the contract for the individual task, annex 2 to the SWZ, together with the annexes thereto.

The subject of the Contract is the development of design and formal and legal documentation related to the implementation of the following task: "Construction and reconstruction of a medium pressure gas pipeline in m. Grabownica and Niebocko, Brzozów district with a length of approx. 3.6 km"

a) Obtaining excerpts from the land register of the real estate on which the planned gas pipeline and accompanying infrastructure will be located.

b) Preparation of maps for design purposes and extracts from the land register.

c) Obtaining the consent of the owners of all real estate (or persons legally sanctioned to dispose of the property) to enter the area and permanently seize the property for the purposes of the investment along with consent to the necessary felling of trees and shrubs. The contract for entering the area (consent) according to the model accepted by the Ordering Party should specify the type of element of the gas network (distribution network, gas connection, gate valve system, etc.) located on the plot together with a graphic attachment signed by the owner of the plot.

d) Development of a construction and executive design for the construction of a gas pipeline in accordance with the technical conditions for design, Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 26.04.2013 on the technical conditions to be met by gas networks and their location, design documentation should have the arrangements required by the regulations.

e) Development of a bill of quantities.

f) Preparation of the investor's cost estimate.

g) Obtaining excerpts from the Local Spatial Development Plan or, in the absence thereof, obtaining a decision for the Ordering Party to determine the location of a public purpose investment.

h) Before submitting the documentation for the coordination meeting, the location of distribution pipelines and dam-discharge systems should be agreed in the territorially appropriate Gas Plant.

i) Obtaining all required opinions, reports, arrangements and decisions, including at the coordination meeting, necessary to obtain a legally valid building permit.

j) Before applying for a building permit, obtaining a positive opinion of the Technical and Economic Council of the Ordering Party or an industry agreement in OZG Jasło.

k) Obtaining a legally valid building permit for the benefit and on behalf of the Ordering Party or notification of construction or works not requiring a permit to the competent architectural and construction administration body.

l) Preparation of an inventory of tall greenery in required cases, together with obtaining a permit for the removal of trees or shrubs.

(m) Drawing up a detailed breakdown of the distribution network broken down by diameter and length.

n) Reporting the progress of works in two-month cycles according to the established pattern between the Ordering Party and the Contractor.

o) Performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction and assembly works during the period of their implementation until final acceptance.
