The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness, clearing snow and removing slipperiness on roads located in the Wałbrzych commune.

The contract includes maintaining cleanliness and clearing snow and removing slippery road, pavements, squares, bicycle paths, field stairs located along public and internal roads within the administrative borders of the city of Wałbrzych.

The subject of the order was divided into 2 separate tasks.

Task II includes maintaining cleanliness, clearing snow and removing slippery areas located in Śródmieście. The task covers 3 areas.

Area 1:

- manual with the possibility of mechanical maintenance, clearing of snow and removal of slippery market, pl. Magistracki and the road to the Market Square.

Area 2:

- manual with the possibility of mechanical cleaning, clearing snow and removing slipperiness on pavements, roads, squares, bicycle paths, off-road stairs at the Śródmieście estate.

Area 3:

- manual with the possibility of mechanical cleaning, clearing snow and removing slippery conditions on pavements, roadways, squares, bicycle paths, field stairs in the Śródmieście district - center.

Total 3 areas:

- 31 101 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the summer and snowless season,

- 49 698 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the summer and snowless season, surfaces will be maintained for 10 days a month,

- 71 570 m 2 daily road surface for winter maintenance,

- 164 baskets as part of daily maintenance.

The Employer may commission the Contractor throughout the entire duration of the contract to maintain an additional 20 baskets as part of daily maintenance, 2,000 m 2 space per day to maintain during the summer and snowless season, 10,000 m 2 space per day to maintain during the summer and snowless season (10 days a month), 12,000 m 2 area per day to maintain during the winter.

Notes on task II

1. In the event of closure of roads or parts thereof in connection with ongoing renovations and / or investments, the scope of these roads or parts thereof shall be excluded for the period of renovations / investments, in whole or in part, from the scope of services rendered. The Contractor is not entitled to remuneration for the period of exclusion.

2. In the event of a change of the entity obliged to maintain pavements, squares, field stairs, the ranges of these pavements, squares, field stairs shall be excluded from the scope of services provided by the Contractor. The Contractor is not entitled to remuneration for the excluded scope.

Task III includes maintaining cleanliness, clearing snow and removing slippery areas located outside Śródmieście.

Manual with the possibility of mechanical cleanliness and clearing snow and removing slippery conditions on pavements, roads, squares, bicycle paths, field stairs on the following settlements: Nowe Miasto, Rusinowa, Kozice, Biały Kamień, Konradów, Stary Zdrój, Sobięcin, Gaj, Piaskowa Góra, Podzamcze, Szczawienko, Lubiechów, Książ, Poniatów, Podgórze, Glinik Nowy and Glinik Stary.

Task size:

- regarding public roads in a city with poviat rights - national, voivodship and poviat roads:

—— 119 438 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the summer and snowless season, surfaces will be maintained for 10 days a month,

—— 113 353 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the winter,

—— 63 baskets as part of daily maintenance,

- in terms of communal public roads:

—— 86 052 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the summer and snowless season, surfaces will be maintained for 10 days a month,

—— 74 494 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the winter,

—— 102 baskets as part of daily maintenance,

- on internal roads:

—— 13 310 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the summer and snowless season, surfaces will be maintained for 10 days a month,

—— 20,299 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the winter,

—— 8 baskets as part of daily maintenance,

- together:

—— 218 800 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the summer and snowless season, surfaces will be maintained for 10 days a month,

—— 208 146 m 2 daily road surface area to be maintained during the winter,

—— 173 baskets as part of daily maintenance.

The Employer may commission the Contractor throughout the entire duration of the contract to maintain an additional 30 baskets as part of daily maintenance, 8,000 m 2 space per day to maintain during the summer and snowless season (10 days a month), 8,000 m 2 area per day to maintain during the winter.
