The purpose of this framework agreement is to perform preventive, corrective and curative maintenance services for PBXs and associated installations for all of CY Cergy Paris Université real estate.

A fixed part relating to systematic and conditional preventive maintenance operations of levels 1, 2 and 3 according to the terminology defined by the FD X60.000 standard. And a part outside the package relating to:

- level 4 and 5 corrective and curative maintenance operations according to the terminology defined by the FD X60.000 standard, and any extension, improvement or modification services to the installations, to the extent that they do not modify not the market economy;

- the supply of ancillary equipment (switch, workstations, cables, cords, sockets, etc.).
