Within the framework of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG), MHH intends to procure project management software.

Within the framework of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG), MHH intends to use project management software for the upcoming projects in order to implement the projects of MHH Information Technology (MIT) with the participating departments in a future-oriented manner.

Currently, MHH does not have any project management software with which all project phases can be mapped and controlled. Currently, the work packages of the implementation phase are documented in Microsoft Planner (Microsoft Teams integration). The other project phases are planned in Word and Excel templates created for this purpose and must be adapted decentrally during the course of the project. Communication in the project teams also takes place via MS Teams. Since communication should continue to run via MS Teams, a good integration of MS Teams into the project management tool is required.
