The subject of the contract is the delivery of elements and devices necessary in the operation of traffic lights in the city of Łódź to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 on detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and conditions for their placement on roads (Journal of Laws No. 220, of 23 December 2003, item 2181) and subsequent amendments. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annexes No. 1a, 1aa and 1aaa to the SWZ for part 1, Annexes No. 1b, 1bb and 1bbb to the SWZ for part 2 and Annexes 1c, 1cc, 1ccc and the Table of Variable Content for part 3.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT BASED ON AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP, IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 95 OF THE PPL, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY PROVIDES FOR SUCH REQUIREMENTS - The contracting authority has not specified the requirements.

The subject of the contract are structural elements and elements of traffic lights. All elements of the order are to be brand new, with a manufacturer's or Contractor's warranty for 2 years from the date of receipt of the elements (for boom structures and masts - 5 years) All order devices must be protected against interference by third parties and vandalism attacks.

In addition, all elements are to be delivered within the time limit specified for each of them. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1a to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority demands from the Contractor to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 23,000.00 (in words: twenty-three thousand 00/100).

The Parties agree that for the performance of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party shall pay remuneration determined on the basis of the unit prices specified in the price form and the quantities of deliveries actually made and received.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of electrical installation materials in a place indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 on detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and conditions for their placement on roads (Journal of Laws No. 220, of 23 December 2003, item 2181) as amended. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1b to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 6,000.00 (in words: six thousand 00/100).

The Parties agree that for the performance of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party shall pay remuneration determined on the basis of the unit prices specified in the price form and the quantities of deliveries actually made and received.
