School group Fluxus is the umbrella organization of the GO! schools in the region Turnhout - Mol - Geel - Herentals - Lier - Mortsel and the GO! CLB for this region.

In more than sixty schools, it offers more than 15,000 students / course participants a range of courses (primary schools, secondary schools, CVOs and the nurseries of vzw Dol-Fijn and vzw Klavertje 4).

The object of this assignment is the purchase of digital touch screens and is described in more detail in the technical part of these specifications.

This agreement has a term of two years and starts on 1.3.2021 until 28.2.2023, each time to be extended by one year.

The agreement can be canceled annually by both parties by registered letter, subject to a notice period of six months. In this case, the cancellation must be made before 1 March of the relevant year. Provided timely cancellation by registered letter, the party that is canceled is not entitled to any compensation or cancellation compensation.

The value of the contract is estimated at EUR 540,000 (incl. VAT).

Delivery location: all schools / campuses of the fluxus school group and all day care centers of the non-profit organization Dol-fine and the non-profit organization Klavertje 4, 2300 Turnhout.
