The Parliamentary Ombudsman shall enter into an operating agreement for IT-consultancy services for the office. The Parliamentary Ombudsman currently has approx. 50 staff, and during the contract period this will be approx. 50-55. In total there are 65 PCs in use today (60 desktop machines and 5 portable). The proceedings of the Ombudsman are fully electronic.
