- establishment of a temporary deviation (technical backfills and temporary work);

- construction of the new bow-string bridge;

- road works including rectification of rue de l'Alzette;

- excavation around 20,500 m 3 ;

- embankments about 12,500 m 3 ;

- bituminous mix: approximately 1,100 to;

- supply and installation of slides: approximately 400 ml;

- formwork: around 2,000 m 2 ;

- concrete: around 1,700 m 3 ;

- reinforcements: approximately 300,000 kg;

- bored piles: approx. 540 ml (reinforcement approx. 75,000 kg and concrete approx. 600 m 3 );

- metal construction: approximately 560,000 kg;

- anti-corrosion protection: approximately 4,500 m 2 ;

- waterproofness around 1,800 m 2 ;

- guardrail: approximately 200 ml;

- translucent screen: about 90 m 2 .

Award criteria: the contract will be awarded on the economically most advantageous tender on the basis of the best quality / price ratio, which is assessed on the basis of award criteria including qualitative, environmental and social aspects. The following three award criteria were used to determine the economically most advantageous tender and the weighting of these three criteria is as follows:

- criterion n ° 1: price of the offer: 80%;

- criterion 2: technical value of the project 10%;

- criterion nº 3: references 10%.
