Design and construction of a new sports facility, entrance and street for East Berkshire College, in addition to refurbishment of existing facilities to create a new LRC and Catering/Hospitality area. This project forms the 1st project of the colleges proposed overall master plan to redevelope the Langley Campus. It is anticipated that the gross cost of project 1 (this OJEU) will be in the region of c 16 000 000 GPB.

The Works will be completed in phases to minimise the impact on teaching and be completed for August 2013.
