The Contracting Authority sought expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver a Programme of work to Keyworker and student accommodation. The works will include the delivery of cyclical decorations and flooring works to approximately 2105 properties.

The works required will include:

— cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces to Keyworker and Student Accommodation, including:

—— external areas;

—— external and internal communal parts;

—— individual dwellings;

—— offices;

—— meeting rooms;

—— laundry rooms and caretaker areas.

— associated repairs, including:

—— works to guttering;

—— downpipes;

—— fencing;

—— paving;

—— brickwork;

—— porch roofs etc.

— flooring works including external areas and external and internal communal parts and internal rooms, as required.

The works will include a mixture of responsive and planned works. TVH intends to appoint one service provider.
