The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the development of construction and executive design documentation for the extension of the provincial road No. 411 on the section Polish Świętów - Bodzanów with a total length of approx. 7.3 km from km 12+985 to km 20+285 along with the construction of pedestrian and bicycle communication routes, reconstruction of engineering structures including bridge structures, reconstruction of intersections, construction of a technological channel and construction of a road lane drainage on the road section in question and development of two applications for a permit for the implementation of a road investment and materials necessary to obtain a ZRID decision in accordance with the conditions of the SWZ.
The subject of the contract includes:
(a) geodetic works:
- development of maps for design purposes,
- dividing plots,
(b) design work:
- development of a construction project (including the land development project, architect-budo project and technical design) divided into two tasks, i.e.:
- Zad I: section DW 411 from km 12+985 to km 15+885
- Zad II: section DW 411 from km 15+885 to km 20+285
Note: the limit of the division of the investment into stages is a proposal of the Ordering Party. The exact boundary of the investment division will be clarified with Jed Proj during the development of project documentation.
The contracting authority has design documentation for the reconstruction of the road viaduct over the PKP railway line along the provincial road No. 411 in the city of Warsaw. Nowy Świętów km 16+912 including commutes. Drawings of the design documentation will be made available in the tender procedure, therefore the developed road section will be excluded from the design work, to which it is necessary to adhere:
- preparation of two applications (task I and task II) together with materials for obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID),
- development of the detailed design separately for rump I and rump II
- a large project of the target traffic organization together with its approvals,
- a lot of information on safety and health protection due to the specificity of the designed building (BIOZ) separately for rump I and rump II
- preparation of detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works separately for croup I and rump II,
- preparation of the cost estimate part (investor's cost estimate, offer estimate, bill of quantities, calculation of unit prices) separately for task I and task II,
- preparation of studies in the field of environmental protection, including an EIA report, if required, along with obtaining a decision on the environment uwaruh enterprise,
- development of a water-based survey - the contractor should obtain the water law consents required by law, referred to in Article 388 of the Water Act on Water Rights, m.in.: water permit to the required extent (m.in. in the scope of water service, special use of water, construction of water facilities, including temporary bridge facilities, if required, leading through surface waters flowing within the shoreline and through flood embankments of bridge structures, pipelines, ducts in casing pipelines or culverts; running overhead power and telecommunications lines through inland waterways and embankments, locating in areas of particular flood risk: a) new projects that may have a significant impact on the environment, b) new buildings)
- obtaining a water law assessment – if required
- obtaining decisions referred to in Article 77 regarding prohibitions on certain activities in water areas or a particular risk of flooding – if required
Fees related to the acquisition of water consents and all necessary attachments to obtain the above-mentioned consents are covered by Jedn Proj
It will be the responsibility of the Projej Unit to obtain all the requirements of decisions, consents, opinions from the competent authorities of the State of Water Polish Waters necessary for the implementation of the investment.
- soil testing - boreholes (according to the list of parameters of geological drilling),
One Projek will obtain all arrangements enabling entry into the area for drilling
- execution of a detailed inventory of greenery along with a felling plan
- obtaining arrangements with the operators of the networks located on the project site.
- a lot of materials for the application for co-financing of the road inwe from EU funds
- other elements necessary for the implementation of the task.
c) provide answers to the questions of the contractors, provide explanations regarding the developed design documentation and make possible modifications (corrections and additions) in the development of the project and przeta during the proceedings for the implementation of works for the forefront of the project
d) report on the author's superinference during ro budo and in the case of defects for works implementation on the basis of the design dock developed by the Proje Unit.
