A total of 2 refuse collection vehicles, 3-axles, single chambers for waste collection will be procured for use in the waste collection section in MOVAR. Even though MOVAR needs a total of 2 waste collection vehicles, tenders can be submitted for only 1 vehicle. A contract is to be offered for operational leasing. This means that the monthly leasing instalments will not cover the entire waste collection vehicle's value, and it is assumed that the vehicle has a remaining value at the end of the leasing period, in accordance with the set remaining value in the contract's price sheet. The leasing form does not involve transferring the financial risk and control to the contracting authority as in financial leasing. The leasing contracts period will be 7 years. The vehicle must run on biogas or electricity.
