Fareham Borough Council is looking to procure a modern, user-friendly financial management system with efficient workflows, dashboards and flexible functionality tailored to users’ needs.
The Council requires the provision of a new system and all supplier services from solution design through to implementation and data migration services from the current system, Advanced eFinancials V5, to a new Financial Management System and then to provide post go live and on-going support and maintenance.
To include:
• replacement of the current finance system eFinancials V5;
• implementation of budgeting and forecasting functionality;
• work together to review and update key accounting, purchasing and debt management processes and procedures against the Council’s ideal vision;
• review and replace current interfaces to systems external to the financial management system;
• development of new interfaces;
• review and replace current reporting with improved management information and dashboards;
• a training and testing environment;
• training of key users and administrators;
• integrated Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS);
• management of the migration and archiving of data and linked documents from eFinancials V5.
