Purchase of helmets, medical kits and newborn accessories

The subject of the contract is the purchase of helmets, medical kits and newborn accessories. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to the Specifications of the Terms of The Contract. The subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular did not serve as an object used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It was also not previously recondited. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the SWZ.

Philips Monitor Accessories

The subject of the order is the purchase of accessories for the Philips monitor. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to the Specifications of the Terms of The Contract. The subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular did not serve as an object used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It was also not previously recondited. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). All requirements specified in the documents of the procedure are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. If the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract indicated trademarks, patents or origins, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters. If the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL Act, the Ordering Party shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of batteries and accumulators for medical equipment.
