The building deals with approx. 9,000 m2 of housing and 2,000 m2 of business, including terrain works. A total of 120 dwellings and community houses will be established, spread over 5 floors. Businesses are conducted up to the 2nd floor level. Of the 120 homes, 20 are youth homes. Joint custodians are established in the basement. Basement is approx. 360 m2.
