The renovation is carried out in 7 stages. In connection with the renovation, the residents will be temporarily rehoused in the current vacant housing units of the residential yard. The rehousing will take place in stages in accordance with the phased renovation.

The project is offered in turnkey consultancy and turnkey contracts as Integrated Construction. Further information on the form of cooperation and the basis for the agreement is described in document 04. Cooperative model. The applicant is therefore assumed to be an association of at least 2 economic operators. Simultaneously with the conclusion of the cooperation agreement, an agreement is entered into on the execution of the project in turnkey contracts as well as a turnkey consultant agreement on technical advice and assistance.
