Construction time expected to be 05 / 2020-12 / 2024.

Type and scope of services:

Natural stone slabs

(Muschelkalk d = 4 cm, plate formats 2.00 x 0.60 m and 0.80 x 0.60 m with decorative profile across U-profile steel, on the UK consisting of support anchor with horizontal holding mandrel, made of stainless steel), whole undamaged panels that are not reused, handover to the ZDF niche meeting rooms:

- approx. 224 m 2 Dismantling of plates, including substructure, store new parts and resume and reassemble, take and reassemble,

- approx. 80 m 2 Disassembly of plates with damage including UK, transport to the company / workshop and reconditioning, including reassembly of reconditioned plates,

- approx. 26 m 2 Disassembly of panels incl. UK and disposal,

- approx. 26 m 2 Reassembly of panels stored on site including new UK.,

- approx. 2 270 pieces separating cut UK.

Fire compartment doors

- about 155 m 2 Dismantling of plates including UK, new UK and resuming and reassembling plates, picking up and reassembling,

- approx. 25 m 2 Disassembly of plates with damage including UK, transport to the company / workshop and reconditioning, including reassembly of reconditioned plates,

- approx. 15 m 2 Disassembly of panels incl. UK and disposal,

- approx. 15 m 2 Reassembly of panels stored on site including new substructure,

- approx. 1 175 pc separating cut UK.

Bauabschnittstrennung / kitchens:

- approx. 80 m 2 Disassembly of panels including UK transport to the company / workshop. Adapt to reassemble after installing new fire compartment doors.

Fire compartment doors including new boreholes for the UK.

Reassemble after installing new fire compartment doors.

- approx. 545 m 2 Disassembly of panels including UK and handover to AG,

- approx. 755 pieces separating cut UK.

Adaptation to new door systems:

- approx. 65 m 2 Disassembly of panels including substructure on reveal and lintel including disposal.

Area wall axis 14-15:

- approx. 12 m 2 Disassembly of panels including UK and handover to AG,

- approx. 110 pc separating cut UK.

Area elevator cores 1st floor:

- approx. 110 m 2 Disassembly of panels including UK and handover to AG,

- approx. 870 pc separating cut UK.

Replacement of damaged plates:

- approx. 70 disassembly plates including UK and disposal,

- Reassemble approx. 70 panels stored on site.
