The subject of the contract is the delivery and financing in the form of an operating lease of fifteen used city buses:
Minimum requirements to be met by the offered buses:
- year of production – 2017 or later
- bus length - from 17.50 m to 18.75 m
- width – from 2.40 m to 2.55 m
- mileage maximum 430.000 km
- door layout: 2-2-2-2 arrangement, with at least one door – ramp for wheelchairs,
- floor – low-floor along the entire length of the vehicle
- number of seats:
total – at least 130 seats, at least 36, 1 place for a wheelchair,
- emission purity standard: at least EURO VI
- air conditioning of the passenger compartment
- external colours – yellow RAL 1018

The cars delivered under the contract must be fully functional, free from physical and legal defects, as well as free from defects that prevent them from being used as intended.
Lease Terms:
- type of financing: operating lease with the possibility of purchase,
- currency: PLN,
- lease term: 24 months,
- initial fee: 25% of the net value of the subject of the agreement + VAT, paid within 30 days from the date of concluding the lease agreement,
- instalments: repayment of leasing instalments in equal monthly instalments,
- Buyout cost: 20% of the initial net value, after the lease period,
- the offer price should be calculated on the basis of a fixed interest rate,
- handling fee: 0%
- OC, AC, NNW insurance from the date of registration of the vehicles, for the entire lease period, will be provided by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the scope indicated by the Contractor. The Ordering Party informs that it has a general agreement concluded with UniQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A.
- the cost of inspections and repairs - shall be borne by the Ordering Party,
- fees and commissions: all fixed costs that the Contractor will be required to pay must be included in the price. The Ordering Party does not incur any additional costs related to leasing services in the form of: handling fees, administrative fees, etc. The costs related to concluding the lease agreement (including possible costs of valuation of the leased asset) are borne by the Contractor on its own,
- the tax on means of transport is covered by the Ordering Party,
- the costs of the first registration of vehicles are covered by the Contractor,
- The Ordering Party will cover the costs related to the activities necessary to be dealt with in the transport department after the first registration, e.g. a duplicate of the registration certificate, a duplicate of lost plates, a damaged window sticker, the entry of a towbar, etc.
- The Contracting Authority shall bear the costs of periodic, mandatory technical inspections and the costs related to the Contractor's response to the inquiries of the Police, the Municipal Police, the Motor Transport Inspectorate, etc.
- The Contracting Authority allows the contract to be secured in the form of a blank promissory note,
- leasing instalments calculated separately for each vehicle. Each of the cars being the subject of the order may be covered by a separate Leasing Agreement.
- The customer has the right to mark buses with his own logo, place advertisements on them and install other small additional equipment.
- The Ordering Party agrees to e-invoices delivered to the e-mail address indicated in the leasing agreement.
