1. The subject of this contract is "Organizing the rainwater drainage system in the catchment area of the Widok housing estate, ul. Dunikowski and ul. Stęślicki in Katowice. "
2. The scope of the contract includes the implementation of Stage I of the investment covered by the design documentation, i.e. construction of the rainwater sewage system on the section from the inclusion chamber k-468 in the area of ul. Chorzowska to the D20 well behind the ZR-2 retention tank near ul. Stęślickiego with a diameter of DN1200-150 mm with a total length of 2019.8 m with retention reservoirs ZR-1 (located in Budnioka Park at Stęślickiego Street) with a capacity of V = 565 m

2. The scope of the contract includes the implementation of Stage I of the investment covered by the design documentation, i.e. construction of the rainwater sewage system on the section from the inclusion chamber k-468 in the area of ul. Chorzowska to the D20 well behind the ZR-2 retention tank near ul. Stęślickiego with a diameter of DN1200-150 mm with a total length of 2019.8 m with retention reservoirs ZR-1 (located in Budnioka Park at Stęślickiego Street) with a capacity of V = 565 m
Attention:
As part of the implementation of construction works, the contractor must first complete the sections:
- section from the k-468 chamber near ul. Chorzowska to chamber K2 in the area of the retention tank (without foundation of the retention tank),
- section from well D80 in the area of ul. View to the K2 chamber in the area of the retention tank.
The total length of the section is about 512m, including drilling through DN1200 mm pipe under the tram track near ul. Chorzowska about 23m and drilling through DN1000 mm pipe under the street ul. Stęślickiego section of about 155m with the implementation of drilling chambers.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annexes 10A-10L to the Terms of Reference.
Wherever the design, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works refer to a specific supplier or manufacturer of a device or material, or to a specific device or material, it should be understood that this is an example of a solution indicating only their technical parameters. The Employer allows the use of devices and materials from other manufacturers or suppliers, provided that these devices (materials) will have technical parameters and quality not worse than specified in the documentation.
4. Additional requirements in relation to the subject of the contract:
1) The Contractor shall bear the costs of obtaining all permits, land use during works, administrative costs, maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site and the adjacent area, including in the winter, etc., and will bear the costs of adapting to other requirements (additional requirements can be found in Annex 7 to Terms of Reference).
2) All elements and materials used by the Contractor must be approved for use in mining damages.
3) The Contractor, at the request of the Employer, is required to present a card for the transfer of waste for disposal, including debris and soil from excavations, or present another document for their reuse or recycling.
4) The Contractor is obliged to perform work related to the cutting of greenery in accordance with the greenery inventory and administrative decisions submitted to the Contractor by the Employer and in accordance with the Act of 16.4.2004 on nature protection.
The costs of the activities listed above are considered as valued by the Contractor, included in the price of the offer and not subject to separate payment.
5. The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the following activities in the field of contract performance:
a) Excavation works,
b) Assembly and installation works,
c) Replacement works,
d) Operation of construction equipment.
6. It is recommended that the Contractor inspect the construction site, the neighboring communication system and the nearest construction site before submitting the offer. All costs of visiting the construction site shall be borne by the Contractor.
