The purpose of this consultation is to provide a common electronic messaging tool to the Pays Noyonnais Community of Municipalities (CCPN), the City of Noyon and the CCAS of Noyon. This consultation will allow the three structures to determine a provider for the provision of messaging hosting services and associated services.

This consultation is carried out within the framework of a grouping of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public order code. The Community of Communes is the coordinator of the group.

This is a framework agreement with order forms whose annual amounts in EUR excluding tax per member are as follows:

- CCPN: annual minimum: 10,000 EUR excluding VAT - annual maximum: 40,000 EUR excluding VAT,

- City of Noyon: annual minimum: 10,000 EUR excluding VAT - annual maximum: 40,000 EUR excluding VAT,

- CCAS de Noyon: annual minimum: 10,000 EUR excluding VAT - annual maximum: 40,000 EUR excluding VAT.

The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
