The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out technical diagnoses of asbestos, lead and termites - carried out as part of the various works carried out by the Campus operation - and giving rise to a monitoring report. The details of the services are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P)

The purpose of the consultation is to conclude a single-contractor framework agreement as regulated by Articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code. The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the rules relating to purchase orders that will be issued for the performance of the following services: - technical asbestos, lead and termite diagnosis missions - carried out as part of the various works carried out by the Campus operation - and giving rise to a tracking report. The details of the services are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses Specification (C.C.T.P).- The technical diagnoses also concern the management of waste from demolition and concern the identification of materials likely to contain:- asbestos and/or lead on buildings, various works, equipment and installation, pipes; - asbestos and/or lead on roads and various networks (VRD); - asbestos and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) on asphalt mixes. The framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount:- 100,000euro(s) excl. VAT for period no01- 100,000euro(s) excl. VAT for period no02- 100,000euro(s) excl. VAT for period no03- 100,000euro(s) excl. VAT for period no04no minimum order is guaranteed. The maximum amount of each period does not commit the contracting authority to a minimum volume or amount. This is only an estimated and indicative maximum amount at the time of the launch of the consultation. The latter, on the other hand, is a ceiling that cannot be exceeded
