The purpose of this contract is to provide construction services for the collections site: packaging, handling, packaging, transport, storage, processing line and digital photographic campaign of the works of the National Center for Plastic Arts (CNAP).
The details of the services are included in the functional program.
Lot 1 includes:
- transportation from La Défense to a temporary storage site for part of the collections (works already in the cash register),
- storage of these works pending the move,
- the storage of crates on the storage site,
- the provision of workspaces for the site of the ex-situ collections,
- the preparation of the workspaces (possible disassembly / reassembly of racks) in the reserve at La Défense,
- the handling of crates and works,
- packaging and packaging of the processed collections,
- the internal displacement of the furniture with plans, then their transfer to the ex-situ storage site,
- any additional handling operations at the Defense and ex-situ,
- the overhaul, refurbishment and stalling of box trims as indicated by the supplier of lot 2.
- the coordination of the collection site, in connection with lots 1 and 3 and under the supervision of the CNAP,
- the planning and the management of the movements, the establishment of a packing with a precise pointing of the goods,
- the identification of each item and the establishment of a numbering and a traceability of the collections during the various stages of treatment,
- the establishment of a general state of health and conservation of the collections (and not of preparation of presentation), allowing the CNAP to establish at the end of the site a multi-year plan for the conservation of the properties,
- updating the information on the CNAP database (Gcoll / Videomuseum)
- carrying out maintenance interventions and possibly curative interventions, essential for transport,
- punctual assistance with close packaging in collaboration with lot 1,
- the report and any recommendations concerning the packing of the boxes.

- the transfer of rights for a non-commercial use by the CNAP.
