This tender notice applies to the main contract tender for the realisation of Generationernes Hus in Nivå starting August 2023 and expected delivery in June 2025.

The House of Generations comprises 4 sub-projects in Nivå Town Centre:

- L3 School

- L4 Library/Culture House and SFOII

- L5 Sports Hall

L2 - Landscape

During execution, close coordination must be made with parallel infrastructure project; The "Urban Development Project", which

includes the conversion of roads, the establishment of a new main supply and the construction of green areas in Nivå city centre in

same period.

• L5 Sports Hall - New construction of Sports Hall and combination with existing hall

• L2 Landscape – Construction of associated outdoor areas
