The Framework Agreement with purchase orders that is being considered for the award covers the strategy and implementation of a communication campaign (media and non-media) in favour of the Civic Service Agency. The holder of the framework purchase order agreement will be responsible for the following essential tasks:
- Definition of the strategy;
- Design / production of media and non-media tools;
- Implementation and monitoring of the communication system.
