The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Cleaning the city in the scope of: year-round cleaning of road lanes in the city of Opole Region I and II", including cleaning of sidewalks, squares, unpaved roadsides and paved surfaces, green areas, stairs, pedestrian and pedestrian-bicycle routes and underground passages" divided into parts:

PART I entitled: "Cleaning of the city in the scope of: year-round cleaning of road lanes of the city of Opole in Region I",

PART II entitled: "Cleaning the city in the scope of: year-round cleaning of road lanes of the city of Opole in Region II".

The complex of tasks covered by the contract is the fulfillment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order in road lanes as well as safety related to the removal of snow, ice and slippery roads on managed roads within the administrative borders of the city of Opole.

The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Cleaning the city in the scope of: year-round cleaning of road lanes of the city of Opole in Region I", including cleaning of sidewalks, squares, unpaved roadsides and paved surfaces, green areas, stairs, pedestrian and pedestrian-bicycle routes and underground passages".

Region I - area: Bierkowice, Borki, Brzezie, Chabry, Chmielowice, Czarnowąsy, Krzanowice, Nadodrze, Półwieś, Sławice, Szczepanowice, Wójtowa Wieś, Świerkle, Winów, Wróblin, Wrzoski, Zakrzów, Zaodrze, Półwieś.

As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to clean the surface of the road lanes of public and internal roads administered by the Municipal Road Administration in Opole in the following scope:

a) Round-the-clock availability in the period from 10 December to 10 March;

b) Cleaning sidewalks (also in the area of bus stops) in the scope of: mechanical sweeping, mechanical washing, manual sweeping, removal of dirt, prevention or elimination of winter slipperiness, snow removal;

c) Cleaning of squares, bicycle paths and pedestrian-bicycle routes in the following areas: mechanical sweeping, manual sweeping, removal of pollution, prevention or elimination of winter slipperiness, snow removal;

d) Cleaning of paved surfaces in the areas of roundabouts, separation lanes and islands separating traffic located in road lanes in the following areas: manual sweeping, mechanical sweeping, removal of impurities;

e) Cleaning of underpasses, footbridges and stairs in the scope of: mechanical sweeping, manual sweeping, removal of impurities, prevention or elimination of winter slipperiness, snow removal;

f) Cleaning of green areas (including ditches and green areas in the areas of roundabouts, dividing strips and on islets separating traffic) and unpaved roadsides in road lanes in the scope of: removing pollution, raking small branches and residual leaves;

g) Intervention surface cleaning in winter technology in the scope of: prevention or elimination of winter slipperiness, snow removal;

h) Intervention surface cleaning in summer technology in the following areas: mechanical sweeping, manual sweeping, removal of impurities, raking of small branches and residual leaves;

i) Removal and utilization of bulky pollutants located in road lanes;

j) Post-winter cleaning of surfaces in the field of mechanical sweeping, manual sweeping, removal of impurities, raking of small branches and residual leaves;

k) Removal of grass and weeds growing from the pavement surface, squares, bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle routes, paved surfaces in the areas of roundabouts, separation strips and islets separating traffic, underpasses, footbridges and stairs.

The list of areas in the field of summer and intervention maintenance is included in Annex 5 of the Agreement, while the list of areas in the field of winter maintenance is included in Annex 6 of the Agreement.
