The order will be executed under the conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the contract in accordance with the OPZ. Whenever in the content of the SWZ the subject of the contract has been described by indicating names, patents, trademarks or origin, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer equivalent software under the conditions specified in the OPZ. If the Contractor offers subscriptions of equivalent software, it shall be obliged to demonstrate their equivalence in relation to the subject of the contract.

Software subscriptions will be ordered by the Ordering Party 3 times during the term of the contract, each time for a period of 12 months. For the first year, the following number of subscriptions will be ordered:

The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of software subscriptions depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, i.e. they can be increased by a maximum of 30% or reduced arbitrarily in relation to the quantity from the first order.
