In accordance with the terms and conditions of these special specifications, the successful tenderer undertakes vis-à-vis the contracting authority to carry out the subject-matter of the contract, namely:

- Carry out an assessment of candidates as part of the recruitment process,

- Organize a skills assessment (development center) as part of the internal mobility process, promotion, or specific requests as part of the individual development of an employee.

The conclusion of a contract on the basis of these special specifications does not give the successful tenderer any exclusive right. IRISteam may, even during the period of validity of the contract, have services identical or similar to those described in these special specifications performed by other service providers or by its own services.

The successful bidder may not, on this account, assert any right to compensation.
