The subject of the contract is the service to maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and property of the company Szybka Kolej Miejska Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract consists of:

Task 1- Cleaning service of rail vehicles, rail and road vehicle type C-120 and battery vehicle Melex type 960K.

Task 2 — Keeping the objects and green spaces clean in the Warsawa-Wola Railway Sicznica at 54 Needing Street in Warsaw, including snow removal

and cleaning the roofs of objects.

Task 3 — Cleaning of information showcases, freestanding, located at stations and railway stops.

Task 1- Cleaning service of rail vehicles, rail and road vehicle type C-120 and battery vehicle Melex type 960K.

1.1. EZT rail vehicle cleaning service in the range of:

1.1.1. internal cleaning full;

1.1.2. daily internal cleaning;

1.1.3. internal cursory cleaning;

1.1.4. seasonal cleaning — extraction washing of armchair upholstery and washing plastic backrests, washing walls and ceilings, washing lampshade;

1.1.5. in the law of options: additional actions — after railway accidents, disinsection, removal of graffiti, stickers, other type of inscriptions, random events e.g. defecation of the body, vomiting, blood, spilled fluids;

1.2. Maintenance service of rail vehicle — road type C-120

and a Melex type 960K battery vehicle.

Task 2 — Keeping the objects and green spaces clean in the Warsawa-Wola Railway Sicznica at 54 Needing Street in Warsaw, including snow removal

and cleaning the roofs of objects.

The service to maintain the purity of property consists of:

1.1. Keeping clean objects and green spaces in Warsaw Wola Railway Bocznica at 54 Needna Street in Warsaw, including snow removal and cleaning of the roofs of objects.

1.2. In the law of options: the provision of cleaning service container facilities consisting of 24 containers, planned for inclusion in the scope of the service

in the 4th quarter of 2022.

Task 3 — Cleaning of information showcases, freestanding, located at stations and railway stops.

Including:

1.1.1. single-sided display case with dimensions: height 230 cm, width 130 cm,

dimensions of the site 110 x 110 cm - in quantity — 2 pcs. ,

1.1.2. double-sided display case with dimensions: height 230 cm, width 130 cm,

dimensions of the site 110 x 110 cm - in quantity — 20 pcs. ,

1.1.3. single-sided display case with dimensions: height 235 cm, width 93 cm,

dimensions of the site 70 x 100 cm - in quantity — 38 pcs. ,

1.1.4. double-sided display case with dimensions: height 235 cm, width 93 cm,

dimensions of the site 70 x 100 cm - in quantity — 5 pcs. ,

1.1.5. single-sided display case with dimensions: height 310 cm, width 147 cm,

dimensions of the site 187 x 127 cm - in quantity — 6 pcs. ,

1.1.6. single-sided display case with dimensions: height 220 cm, width 93 cm,

dimensions of the site 80 x 100 cm - in quantity — 4 pcs.

1.2. In the law of options - from 1.01.2023, the service can be expanded by 9 pcs. single-sided display cases with dimensions: height 235 cm, width 93 cm, the dimensions of the site 70 x 100 cm, located at 5 stops: Warsaw Okęcie, Warsaw Dawidy, Warsaw Jeziorki, Stara Iwiczna and Piaseczno. Moreover, in option law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of ordering an intervention cleaning of the display case from graffiti with access to the indicated station (paragraph 2 (2.6). Description of the subject of the order for Task 3, which is Annex 2.3. to the SWZ).
