This contract deals with the tendering procedure for the construction of a multifunctional accommodation (MFA), namely a sports hall, on the Prins Bernardlaan in Diemen.

The contract to be awarded comprises the architectural, architectural, structural, installation-technical and building-physical design and the realization of:

1) new construction of a sports hall of approx. 2 100 m 2 GFA containing, among other things, the following (sports) facilities:

- C2 format NOC-NSF sports hall (28 mx 48 m),

- storage rooms (60 m 2 and 35 m 2 )

- 2 changing rooms, disabled changing room and referee / teacher changing room,

- catering, with warehouse and kitchen,

- after school care, to be combined with catering.

2) partial renovation of an existing sports hall approx. 2 500 m 2 GFA containing, among other things, the following building sections:

- sports hall (approx. 1 240 m 2 )

- device storage (2 x 60 m 2 )

- 4 changing rooms and changing room for competition management,

- grandstand (approx. 250 m 2 )

- renovation of the catering and meeting room into another function.
