The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the receipt and

management of municipal waste collected on real estate, on

inhabited by residents located in the Municipality of Ciechocinek, in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the receipt and

management of municipal waste collected on real estate, on

inhabited by residents, located in the Municipality of Ciechocinek, further

called the Municipality, in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.

1) in single-family housing, reception and development:

(a) mixed municipal waste collected in containers,

(b) municipal waste collected selectively in bags:

- glass

- paper, cardboard

-plastics, metals, multi-material packaging,

- bio-waste constituting municipal waste

2) In multi-family housing, reception and development:

(a) mixed municipal waste collected in containers,

(b) municipal waste collected in containers, selectively: paper and paperboard,

c) municipal waste collected in containers, in a selective manner: plastics, metals, multi-material packaging,

d) municipal waste collected in containers, selectively: glass,

(e) municipal waste collected in containers, selectively: bio-waste constituting municipal waste.

3) collection of furniture and bulky materials from inhabited real estate, in

the month preceding Easter and Christmas in agreement with the Ordering Party;

4) the contract does not include the collection of municipal waste from inhabited real estate:

construction and demolition waste, metals, waste electrical and electronic equipment, chemicals, expired medicines, waste batteries and accumulators, tyres.

2. When carrying out the management of the collected municipal waste, the receiving entity is obliged to provide:

1) mixed municipal waste, bio-waste constituting municipal waste of the municipal waste treatment installation designated by it.

(2) separately collected municipal waste for recovery and disposal facilities, in accordance with

with the rules of waste management, specified in the applicable regulations.

3. The contractor shall equip single-family properties with bags with a capacity of 120 l intended for selective collection (i.e. paper, glass, plastics and bio-waste)

1. the bags must be made of plastic which prevents them from bursting during

normal operation, and have cords or ribbons enabling free closure (tying),

2. the bags must be marked in such a way that the individual fractions can be identified

selective collection of waste in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected fractions of waste.

4. In connection with the performance of the contract, the Contractor bears full responsibility for the correct

waste management, in accordance with applicable law.
