Part 2.
Number of waste for use in part 2 of the order: 3 000 Mg.
The subject of the order is collection and development services in the recovery processes from R1 to R12 of waste code 191212, derived from the processing of mixed and selectively delivered municipal waste as a so-called oversitted fraction > 80 mm, with a combustion heat value above 6 MJ/kg of dry masses. Received lots of waste may vary as to value, and any differences will not form the basis of the Contractor's claims in relation to the Contracting Authority.

Waste code 191212 is a material with a combustion heat value above 6 MJ/kg of dry matter derived from mechanical processing of large-sized waste with waste code 200307, which is among others: tables, chairs, racks, closets, upholstered furniture, beds, doors, mattresses, floor panels etc. Bulk waste is processed on a waste shredder equipped with an iron metal separator, however, the Contracting Authority stipulates that trace amounts of ferrous and non-ferrous metals may be contained in the waste transferred, which will not constitute a basis for the Contractor any claims in this title.

The subject of the order is collection and development services in the recovery processes from R1 to R12 of waste code 191212, derived from the processing of mixed and selectively delivered municipal waste as a so-called oversitted fraction > 80 mm, with a combustion heat value above 6 MJ/kg of dry masses. Received lots of waste may vary as to value, and any differences will not form the basis of the Contractor's claims in relation to the Contracting Authority. The waste will be loaded in bulk on the Contractor's means of transport.
