North ZoneThe services expected are as follows: Phase A - aPS - summary studies Phase B - pROJET - project studies; - Execution studies; - Research, agreements for the authorisation of passage and the provision of rights-of-way - Topographical surveys (if necessary) - Detection of Existing Networks (if necessary) Phase C - Request for authorization - article " Article Ii" and or " Article Iii" cf. Article III-B Decree 2011-1697; - DMEO phase - definition of the boundaries of the structures. Phase D - follow-up of works and acceptance - VISA mission - DET mission - management of the execution of the works; - OPC mission - Ordering, Coordination and Steering - AOR mission - Assistance during acceptance operations - Realization of minute and/or compliant plans - preparation of the handover files - assistance during the year of Guarantee of Perfect Completion
