The scope of the assignment of lot 1 includes in any case, but not exclusively, the following:
• Regular daily cleaning work based on result-oriented cleaning and action-oriented cleaning for sanitary areas - > uniform work with a generally daily frequency in accordance with the delivery state and work programme sanitary facilities;
• Regular periodic (floor) maintenance > uniform work that must be carried out less than 1x per week;
• Regular additional work - > work that must be carried out in a fixed frequency for a certain location;
• Window cleaning - > cleaning the façade and separation glass including the entire frame;
• Directing work - > work that does not have a fixed frequency but is carried out on demand.

Lot 2: Cleaning and window cleaning schools Primary Education (PO)18 locations; 31,024.73 square meters of floor area and 22,118.36 square meters of glass
Plot 3 Cleaning and window cleaning outdoor locations (PO).7 locations; 7,078.39 square meters of floor area and 4,575.50 square meters of glass
