The special area Social Psychiatry Adults (SVO) wants to build a sustainable building that future-proofs the existing residential offer, Tangkær.

Several of the existing homes do not live up to the standard of the Social Inspectorate and the Central Denmark Region, which states that a long-term residential facility for adults basically consists of two rooms, toilet/shower and a (tea) kitchen. At the same time, the purpose is to future-proof Tangkær in terms of being able to accommodate more citizens with outward-reacting behavior and a greater need for shielding.

When the construction project is completed, there will be a total of 62 homes on Tangkær (20 homes, department HS (Huntington's disease)/42 homes in department SP (Social Psychiatry)).

With this tender, the Central Denmark Region wishes to assign a turnkey consultant (a turnkey consultant team) who can, among other things, provide architectural, landscape architectural and engineering design services, as well as construction management and technical supervision in connection with the realization of the project.

It is essential for the project that it is carried out without rehousing.

Execution of the construction is thus expected to be built in 4 stages (see master schedule and construction program), with the last stage expected to be inaugurated in September 2028. The design of all stages is carried out together. Advice during the execution of stage 4A is carried out as an option.

The tender is conducted as a restricted tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
