The planned construction project is the conversion of the former station building, Gransee railway station, into a youth leisure centre at Bahnhofstraße 3
in 16775 Gransee. The exact location of the station building and the spatial subdivision can also be found in the extensive existing planning documents for the tender
become. The property and the building are owned by the city of Gransee.
An exemption from railway operation purposes at the EBA has been granted.
Note:
Construction began in 2022. There has been an interruption in the execution. The building is currently completely scaffolded, including roof scaffolding. For the scaffolding,

Round channels are designed as spiral seam pipes made of galvanized sheet steel. When crossing fire compartments, fire dampers approved by the building authorities including fusible solder are used.
Facility, gastronomy (ground floor)
An exhaust fan is provided for the removal of greasy vapour exhaust air in the cooking area of the catering industry. The arrangement is carried out in the attic of the building.
A supply air unit is planned for the inflow and outside air supply of the gastronomy. The arrangement of the device takes place in the catering area below the floor ceiling. The system is designed as a ventilation unit with a heating register. To reduce the sound level, silencers must be placed before and after the fans.
Starting from the supply and exhaust air unit, the pipes are arranged in vertical shafts or in the suspended ceiling. Rectangular ducts are made of galvanized sheet steel (tightness class B) with flanges. Round channels are designed as spiral seam pipes made of galvanized sheet steel. The grease-containing exhaust air ducts are soldered oil-tight. The piping systems are thermally insulated in accordance with the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance. If fire compartments are crossed, the air ducts are secured with fire dampers approved by the building authorities, including fusible solder.
The installation of the supply air duct system is carried out in the course of the tenant fit-out and is not part of the basic service
